Planting the Street Trees
Another large group of volunteers from our U District community brought nature to this patch of the city with street trees and other plantings, like mint and raspberries! UW PhD Candidate Robert Swan orchestrated this greening effort with his students, which included hanging habitats for pollinating bees.
